This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit evrlybeauty.com (the "Site"), buy from us, chat with us, or sign up for our emails and texts, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, order details, messages you send us (including through the Site's chat), and information you provide when you sign up for offers, request a back-in-stock alert, or write a review.

Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify Payments (which is powered by Stripe), PayPal and the digital wallets we accept, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Shop Pay. We do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically: your device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, products viewed or added to your cart, and how you reached the Site. We collect this with cookies, pixels and similar tools, including Shopify's tools and the pixels of Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (including YouTube) and TikTok.

Information from others: shipping carriers, payment providers and advertising platforms may give us information such as delivery status, or whether an ad led to a purchase. If you use Shop or Shop Pay, Shopify may share information with us as described in Shopify's own privacy policy.

2. How we use your information

• To process and deliver orders, handle returns and answer questions
• To send order updates and, if you opt in, marketing emails and text messages (such as offers, restock alerts and product tips)
• To improve the Site, our products and our advertising, and to measure which ads and content bring customers to us
• To prevent fraud and comply with legal requirements

3. Email and text messages

• Email: if you sign up, you agree to receive marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• Text messages: if you give us your phone number and check the box or otherwise agree, you consent to receive recurring marketing text messages from EVRLY at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Texts are sent through Shopify Messaging. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email sales@evrlybeauty.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We will not sell or rent your mobile number or text-message consent to third parties for their own marketing. We share them with service providers that help us send messages on our behalf (such as Shopify), and with advertising platforms as described in Section 4 (for example, Meta's advanced matching, which can use a phone number you gave us).

4. Who we share information with

We share information only as needed with: service providers that help us run the business (Shopify and its apps, payment processors, shipping carriers, email and text providers, and analytics and advertising platforms), and as required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

• We do not sell personal information for money.
• Advertising and measurement tools. We use pixels and related tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and TikTok. These may receive information about your visits and purchases. With Meta, our settings also allow Shopify to send your name, general location, email address and phone number along with your browsing and purchase activity (through Meta's advanced matching and Conversions API) so Meta can match activity to its users and measure our ads. Under some state laws this may be treated as "sharing" for advertising. See Sections 5 and 7 for your choices.

5. Cookies, advertising and "Do Not Track"

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your cart and understand how the Site is used. We and our advertising partners (for example Meta, Google and TikTok) may use them to show you ads and measure results. You can control cookies in your browser settings and opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info and in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings. Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals; the Site does not currently respond to them.

6. How long we keep information

We keep order records as long as needed for taxes, accounting and legal reasons. We keep marketing information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

7. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live (including California), you may have the right, where required by law, to: know what personal information we collect, use and share; request a copy; correct it; delete it; opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your information for advertising; and not be treated differently for exercising these rights. To make a request, email sales@evrlybeauty.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep information we are required or permitted by law to keep. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails and texts at any time as described in Section 3.

Welcome offer: if you sign up for marketing emails and texts, we may offer 10% off your first order. You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can shop without signing up.

California "Shine the Light": California residents may request information about whether we disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing. We do not. To ask, email sales@evrlybeauty.com.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

Our products are for licensed professionals and adult customers. The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Where information is processed

We operate in the United States, and your information is processed here and by service providers that may be located elsewhere.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" shows the latest version; we will tell you about material changes where required.
